    This CID Module is designed for a highly efficient hydraulic pump system. The system includes MacKintok's Intelli-Drawings and Intelli-Parts modules which provide valuable troubleshooting information to the technician. The CID Module was spotlighted in the November issue of Modern Machine Shop.

    This CID Module is designed for the Carrier BW9 Gas Fired Water Boiler system. The system includes MacKintok's Intelli-Drawings and Intelli-Parts modules which provide valuable troubleshooting information to the technician. An interactive troubleshooting decision tree is also included.

    TXV Training CID Module


    This CID Module is designed for training field technicians about the setup, operation, troublehsooting and maintenance of a Thermal Expansion Valve or TXV. Errors during the intallation created issues for the company and this CID Module helped teach the technicians the correct way. This module uses videos and animations to achieve this objective.

    This CID Module is designed for training field technicians about the operation, troublehsooting and maintenance of the new HVAC Controller. The system includes MacKintok's Intelli-Drawings and Intelli-Parts modules which provide valuable troubleshooting information to the technician. An interactive troubleshooting decision tree is also included.

    This CID Module is designed for training field technicians about the operation, troublehsooting and maintenance of a Small Packaged Produt (SPP) Unit. This module is composed of four different SPP models. The system includes MacKintok's Intelli-Drawings and Intelli-Parts modules which provide valuable troubleshooting information to the technician.

    This is a demonstration of how a CID Module can be designed for a production machine such as a machining center or for documenting an entire process such as the machining operation for a transmission case. A Safety and a Fault Code module is included to show how a CID Module can help the techician on the shop floor.
